It is my honor to invite you to the 2025 World Engineering Education Forum (WEEF) and Global Engineering Deans Council (GEDC) Annual Conference, which will take place from September 21 to 25, 2025, in Daegu, Republic of Korea.

The theme for the 2025 conference is "Engineering Education We Need," focusing on the growing demand for innovative education in response to new technologies and societal challenges.

The host city, Daegu, is renowned for its vibrant industrial history and rich cultural heritage, making it an ideal location to explore the future of engineering education.

We are planning special sessions on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) in engineering education, engaging student activities, and leadership development opportunities to build stronger partnerships across the global engineering community.

The conference will provide a unique opportunity to share ideas, explore new possibilities for the future, and, most importantly, identify what is truly needed in future engineering education.
